I have spent my career working between strategy and execution—helping creative, technical, and business teams make complicated work understandable and achievable.
My background in design, digital production, and running my own creative business shaped how I lead. I care about the quality of the work, but I also care whether the process is clear, the team is supported, and the result can be repeated without heroics.
My family is my why. Becoming a mother changed how I protect time, establish priorities, and create teams that do not depend on burnout.
