Hello, I’m AV Goodsell — currently an AI Implementation Program Owner at Tenarai. I build systems that make complex work easier to run. A lot of my career has been stepping into fast-moving, messy situations and helping them turn into something more organized, practical, and sustainable. I've spent my work life at the intersection of design, operations, and delivery, and these days I'm focused on AI implementation and platform operations for enterprise teams.

I like the part where messy work becomes usable: clearer processes, better handoffs, stronger ownership in teams, and systems that people can actually work in (and enjoy a life outside work). I've supported large enterprise teams and clients across industries.

Outside of work, I'm a photographer who loves to do family sessions, mom of two, and traveler - all of which keep grounded in what matters most: creativity with purpose.
