As Global UX Operations Manager at Revel, I lead the structure behind how creative teams work — connecting design systems, technology, and workflows across multiple regions and partners.
// CHALLENGE: Revel’s design, project management, and production teams needed a unified operational framework to support large-scale, multi-brand projects while adopting AI tools responsibly.
// APPROACH:
I led the rollout of new operational models — combining process design, AI workflow testing, and platform integration — in collaboration with Gradial. The focus: clear roles, seamless handoffs, and consistent design quality at scale.
